pro bono policy

Amy Gaitan must be currently serving on the committee or board of your organization to do pro bono graphic design projects and project acceptance will be determined by her availability and the scope of the project.

For graphic design project requests for all other organizations to which Amy Gaitan is not currently serving on the board or committee, Amy Gaitan will act as a paid vendor or “contractor” if the request is accepted. The fee for her services is $50/hour with a one hour minimum. See Terms and Conditions below. Please contact her about availability or costs associated with your project.

Terms & Conditions

SERVICES PROVIDED

1. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the Client with the following services (the “Services”):

• Graphic Design.

2. The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Vendor or “Contractor” hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.

TERM OF AGREEMENT

3. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.

PERFORMANCE

4. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

5. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (US

COMPENSATION

  1. The Contractor will charge the Client for the Services at the rate of $50.00 per hour (the "Compensation").

  2. The Contractor will invoice the Client when the Services are complete.

  3. Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due within 30 days of receipt.

  4. The above Compensation includes all applicable sales tax and duties as required by law.
